Contractor doesn't believe he can do repairs correctly as prescribed. Attached is a video ( A1 3 minutes into the video ) of an opinion from a professional carpenter who may or may not do the work pending on the contractor's decision. Contractor asks that insurance company be willing to revisit the baseboard concerns.
